In light of the ongoing challenges facing the Darfur region, justice and transitional justice stand out as a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable peace, reparations, redress for victims, and building a society based on the rule of law and accountability. This seminar aims to open an in-depth discussion on the prospects for justice, the mechanisms for achieving it, and the role of local and international actors in supporting its progress.
